Our Community Resource Advocacy team at Save Our Families is dedicated to providing our clients with personal assistance to achieve their individual goals. We can provide specialized case management and ensure our clients know all available options. We assist our clients with accessing and navigating the resources they need to achieve their goals. Client support and case management can lead to decreased isolation, a greater sense of self-sufficiency, and increased financial stability. Please note that not all services are internal, and certain services will require a referral and potentially have a waitlist.

Education and Financial Assistance

We provide information and referrals to community support services. Depending on availability and eligibility, assistance may be available for rent, utilities, childcare, employment, and education needs. Financial assistance is limited, however.

Employment Assistance & Resources

We can assist clients with developing resumes and help identify potential job opportunities and resources. We may make referrals to organizations and other employment-focused entities to help achieve the client’s goals.

Housing and Shelter Resources

We seek accommodations for all clients and can screen and refer to different external housing programs. Please remember that these programs are limited and many have specific requirements or restrictions.

Safety Planning

Community Resource Advocates work with clients to create personalized safety action plans that can guide them to various options that may help them remain safe in an unsafe situation, including identifying safe friends and safe places.
